Practical 3-Bedroom House in Calamvale by Cozyinn

Lousy experienced Positive: The house is big. There is washing machine and dryer available. All 3 bedrooms have aircon. Negative: The host is totally lousy and un-trustable. I move in in 15th Dec, and same day, 4:38pm, I get the message from the hosts, he just do pest control treatment, after we had move in. In the evening, I was fainted and fall down in bathroom, due to extra strong chemical smell. and I did not get a good sleep as the awful smell keep come out from the master bed bathroom. I look for help in the next morning, and complain about the smell. I get treatment later as I found a good doctor who can adjust my dislocate arm back to normal. After treatment done, when I get back to the rental house. I go through the message, The host denied the pest control treatment. I have taken photo to show the message conversation. I strongly believe the treatment was done the day when we move in, and thus the smell is so strong and so awful. Another fact, the yellow bin for recycle item smell like dead rat since day 1 we move in, and it wasn't clean until the day we left. So awful. The house is old and not well maintained.
